Easy Brownies (just like instant brownies)

Easy ooey gooey brownies that melts in your mouth. Just like your instant brownie mix! Easy and fast to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 9×9 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix together sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
  • Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 18-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. DO NOT overbake!
