Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish fillet
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with foil. Have four pieces of aluminum foil ready, each big enough to fit the fish filet in the middle with about 5 inches of foil on either side for folding.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, and pepper.
  • Place fish on the prepared foil and spoon the sauce mixture over. Fold the sides of the foil over the fish covering completely and sealing the foil packet closed. Make sure there are no gaps for the steam to escape.
  • Place into oven and bake until cooked through about 15-20 minutes. Open the foil packets and broil for 2-3 minutes or until caramelized and slightly charred. Garnish with parsley.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
